At Lexora AI, we are dedicated to helping you enhance your English-speaking skills through our AI-powered mobile application available on iOS and Android. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing subscriptions, cancellations, and our stance on refunds for Lexora AI services. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices.

Subscription and Payment

  • When you subscribe to Lexora AI, you agree to a monthly or annual fee that will be automatically deducted from your linked payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking).
  • Any additional charges incurred during transactions, such as bank transaction fees or currency conversion fees, are your sole responsibility.
  • We recommend maintaining a sufficient balance in your account to ensure uninterrupted access to the Lexora AI platform.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for any Lexora AI subscriptions, including trial periods, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, or payments made for previous periods. This policy applies to all purchases, including those made directly or through free trial conversions, regardless of usage or circumstances.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases.
  • Dissatisfaction with the App's features, functionality, or user experience.
  • Technical issues, unless they prevent the App from functioning entirely and are reported within 24 hours of occurrence.
  • Subscriptions converted from a free trial.
  • Misuse of the platform or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Requests made at any time after purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:

  • Cancellation must be initiated at least 1 day before your renewal date to avoid billing for the next period.
  • iOS Users: Manage and cancel your subscription through the App Store Settings.
  • Android Users: Manage and cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store.
  • Direct Cancellation: You can also cancel via the Membership page in the Lexora AI App or by contacting our support team at contact@lexoraai.in.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the App until that period ends. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any prior payments.

Free Trial Conversions

  • If you subscribe through a free trial, you can cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged.
  • Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to prevent automatic conversion to a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions that convert from a free trial are not eligible for refunds.

Processing Time

As refunds are not available, no processing time applies. For cancellation-related inquiries, our team will respond within 2 business days.
